Gallagher Bassett seeks a Senior Claims Adjuster – Complex Auto Liability to investigate, evaluate, and resolve high-exposure auto liability claims. You will lead end‑to‑end claims handling, assess coverage and liability, analyze medical and financial damages, and negotiate equitable settlements within authority. Partner closely with defense counsel, carriers, brokers, and insured clients to develop litigation and resolution strategies. You’ll mentor junior adjusters, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, and contribute to process improvements in a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
