OVERVIEW
Join busy single specialty practice. Seeking a hand specialist/upper extremity surgeon.
ROLE
'Monday thru Friday schedule, No Weekends
'2-3 Days in Clinic, 2 days OR or doing procedures in ASC
'Avg.40+ patients a day in clinic
'Call: 1:5
Nearby hospital is level 2 trauma
Support of various experienced staff, RN, MA, NP or PA
Be busy immediately
PACKAGE
Salary $650k + $50k sign on bonus
2 year partner track; Option to own shares of ASC
Malpractice with tail coverage

6 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays
SKILLS
'Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Illinois
'Fellowship training in Hand /Wrist or Upper Extremity required
'Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgery
