Providing end-to-end recruitment support for healthcare roles, the full-time Contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned healthcare roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure an exceptional experience and coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications Required qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare Proven success recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads in a fast-paced environment Experience with ATS platforms is preferred
